  • Verify that transit codes are available for both import and export cargo.

  • Submit discharge reports in TANCIS for each vessel visit.
  • Inform shipping lines about short-landed and overlanded containers and ensure TANCIS approval is obtained.

  • Prepare and share daily yard stock and age reports internally, and keep them updated in TANCIS.
  • Alert customers about overstayed cargo based on the yard age report.
  • Coordinate transit cargo for stuffing and export processing in TANCIS.
  • Ensure high-risk and dangerous cargo is properly communicated to yard and vessel planning teams.
  • Work with Customs, DPW customer service and billing, equipment control, and yard planning teams during container physical verification.
  • Make sure customers receive booking notices for physical verification through TeSWS and that the physical verification report is submitted.
  • Coordinate simple container transfers between terminals in TANCIS.

Qualifications and experience

A bachelor's degree is required in Logistics, Transport Management, Shipping and Port Management, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field.
