Job description
Company Overview
XpressGas Limited is a homegrown LP Gas marketing and distribution business in Ghana. It is authorized by the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) to supply both bulk clients and the wider public. The company runs refilling outlets, consumer service points, and cylinder depots across the country, delivering LP Gas for domestic and commercial needs.
Recognized as one of Ghana’s fastest-expanding and most forward-thinking LP Gas marketers, XpressGas moves substantial gas volumes and manages one of the country’s largest domestic cylinder fleets. The business is focused on expanding access to clean cooking fuel in peri-urban and rural areas, and it also supports customers with credit arrangements for gas and cooking equipment. In addition, the company provides technical support, autogas solutions, transport and logistics expertise, station operations support, last-mile distribution, and LP Gas asset financing services.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra and Kumasi. The CRM Business & Payment Analyst/Officer will be responsible for improving and managing the company’s CRM and payment workflows to strengthen sales, customer service, and finance operations.
What You Will Do
The role covers CRM platform administration, with a strong preference for Salesforce.com or a comparable tool. You will keep customer and account records accurate, oversee system health, and work with stakeholders to capture and document business needs.
You will review current business and payment workflows, identify gaps, and suggest changes that improve efficiency, customer experience, and revenue protection. On a daily basis, you will prepare and analyze CRM and payment reports, monitor KPIs, spot patterns and irregularities, and help reconcile CRM, billing, and payment records.
Other duties include supporting users, delivering training, checking and validating new features or integrations, maintaining strong data quality and compliance standards, and partnering with sales, finance, IT, and operations teams to encourage adoption and good practice.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have solid experience administering CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.com or another similar platform. Background in business analysis is important, including the ability to collect, record, and rank business requirements.
Strong analytical capability is needed to interpret information, build insights, and support decisions based on data. You should also have experience in mapping, improving, and documenting business processes, particularly across sales, customer service, and finance.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is preferred, although equivalent practical experience may also be considered. Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills are expected, including Excel, dashboards, and basic data visualization tools.
Attention to detail, numerical precision, and a strong focus on data quality and integrity are essential. You must also be able to communicate well, manage stakeholders effectively, work across teams, and explain technical ideas in simple, clear language.
Equal Opportunity Note
All suitably qualified candidates are welcome to apply, regardless of age, sex, ethnicity, race, or religion.
