Role Overview

Wendy’s is looking for a Crew Member to join the restaurant team in a hands-on, customer-facing role. From day one, you’ll be part of a supportive team environment focused on great food, friendly service, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly service and support both guests and teammates with a positive attitude.
• Contribute wherever needed to help the crew run efficiently.
• Learn quickly, stay engaged, and take initiative to improve problems when something is not right.

Work Expectations

• Be prepared to stay on your feet and remain active for most or all of the shift.
• Operate common restaurant tools and systems such as a headset, register, and grill.
• Follow brand standards and food-preparation procedures while keeping the restaurant clean and presentable.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $14.25 to $14.50 per hour.
