Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be an essential part of our restaurant team, preparing delicious food by hand daily. You will be trained to work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food manually at different stations such as grill, cashier, and prep areas
- Provide outstanding customer service to create a positive dining experience
- Collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant standards and efficiency
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines diligently
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Maintain a friendly and upbeat attitude while interacting with customers and team members
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn extensive cooking techniques
- Effectively communicate in the primary language(s) of the workplace
