About the Role

The Credit team develops and grows lending products that support international expansion. The group owns the product journey end to end, covering both backend infrastructure and customer-facing experiences. By combining market understanding, risk knowledge, and technical accuracy, the team delivers reliable credit solutions designed for different regions.

This position is for a Credit Product Manager who will act as the main point of contact for all credit-related matters. The role focuses on product strategy, funnel improvement, lower acquisition costs, and consistently high product and customer experience quality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define the direction for lending features and align that roadmap with Revolut’s wider business objectives.
• Shape credit products with a strong focus on excellent customer experience across the full customer credit journey.
• Set, rank, and communicate short-, medium-, and long-term product and market priorities.
• Drive strong UX engagement so the customer experience remains smooth and valuable.
• Improve funnel conversion and the acceptance rate for offers.
• Reduce the cost of acquiring new customers.
• Raise customer satisfaction across retail credit products, especially in terms of clarity and usability.
• Build dependable and reputable relationships with external partners.
• Maintain strict compliance standards and ensure no tolerance for regulatory breaches.
