Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete accounts receivable portfolio for assigned corporate clients.
  • Monitor customer accounts to detect credit risks, overdue payments, and potential bad debts; implement timely collection strategies to reduce delinquencies.
  • Engage in professional debt collection activities including payment follow-ups, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and ensuring accurate payment application.
  • Coordinate internally with Sales, Billing, Finance, and Network teams to settle billing conflicts, pricing concerns, service disputes, and other issues affecting collections and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and process sales order release requests.
  • Carry out service suspension and restoration following company credit policies, maintaining appropriate communication with customers.
  • Conduct detailed credit analyses by reviewing financial records, payment patterns, and exposure to assess customer creditworthiness.
  • Lead Debt Review meetings with Sales and key stakeholders to analyze aged receivables, define collection strategies, and drive action plans for major accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly aging reports, collection performance dashboards, credit exposure data, and management reports to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, financial controls, audits, and regulations for strong governance.
  • Assist both internal and external audits by providing timely documentation, analysis, and responses to queries.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency through automation and system upgrades.
  • Perform additional assignments and projects as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in credit management, accounts receivable, collections, or similar finance areas.
  • Good knowledge of credit assessment, accounts receivable processes, and collection strategies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, critical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders and foster positive customer relationships.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of managing difficult discussions professionally.
  • Highly organized to handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP or credit management systems is advantageous.
  • A self-driven team player with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and openness to change.
