Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and seasoned Creche Manager to lead our Kilcock facility. This role involves upholding childcare standards, guiding staff, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure all childcare regulations and company policies are strictly followed.
• Oversee staff management through appraisals, training, and performance evaluations.
• Establish and maintain strong communication and partnerships with parents and families.
• Create and uphold a safe, inclusive, and nurturing setting for children.
• Conduct administrative duties, including management of databases and software systems.
• Foster diversity and deliver high-quality childcare services consistently.
• Guarantee the safety and protection of every child under care.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent DCYA certification.
• Comprehensive understanding of childcare regulations and experience with TUSLA inspections.
• Certifications in FAR, HACCP, and NCS.
• Strong leadership abilities accompanied by excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Experience working with Better Start and AIM programs.
• Proficient IT skills with familiarity in managing online childcare management systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with management teams and HR departments.
