Creative Dreams by barkerz is a performance-focused creative agency that concentrates on producing high-performing ad creatives for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and similar channels. The team works in a highly data-led, structured way while keeping creativity at the center, with the goal of staying ahead of the competition and creating maximum value for clients.

Role Overview

The company is looking for a Creative Strategist (m/w/d) to join the team and take ownership of ad creative production for Meta and TikTok clients. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, shape and improve ad creatives, and help improve campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute creative strategies for advertising campaigns for exciting direct-to-consumer brands across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop copy and communication concepts and continuously refine them.
  • Take charge of planning and structuring creative testing initiatives.
  • Own the copywriting for video ads and static ad formats.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients and carry responsibility for account relationships.
  • Review creative test results and account performance using the most relevant KPIs.
  • Lead recurring alignment meetings and strategy discussions with clients.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok advertising.
  • Previous experience in an agency setting, project management, and independently handling client accounts.
  • Initial experience leading small teams of around 2 to 3 people.
  • Strong ability to build a copy strategy, conduct research, and think deeply about target audiences.
  • Analytical and strategic approach to understanding audiences and motivating them toward a product.
  • Strong awareness of social media trends and the ability to adapt them effectively.
  • Comfortable evaluating work using data and experienced with Meta and TikTok ad managers.
