Job description
About Atria
Atria is a creative intelligence platform that has studied more than $5B in ad spend to understand what drives creative performance. The company supports brands such as Perplexity, True Classic, Loop Earplugs, and Paramount by helping them make better creative choices using proprietary AI and pattern-based insights. Atria is a profitable team of 15 people building where AI and creative strategy intersect, with the belief that this field is about to change significantly.
The Role
Atria is hiring a Creative Strategist who can work across three areas at once: strategic creative thinking for enterprise brands, hands-on client partnership that makes customers feel fully supported, and strong understanding of how AI is changing how creative is produced, tested, and scaled. This position is more than producing decks and passing them along. The person in this role will act as a key strategic advisor to major clients, turning Atria's data and intelligence into practical creative direction, while also helping shape what creative strategy becomes in an AI-native environment.
Creative Strategy & Client Partnership
- Take ownership of the creative strategy relationship for a group of enterprise and fast-growing brand accounts, acting as the main strategic contact.
- Convert Atria's proprietary creative intelligence, including performance patterns, audience signals, and competitor insights, into clear creative frameworks, briefs, and recommendations.
- Create and present data-driven creative strategies for channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others, linking analytical depth with creative judgment.
- Perform detailed creative reviews, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation to give clients a strong strategic edge.
- Work closely with product and data teams to turn platform insights into strategic stories that clients can use.
Customer Success & Account Growth
- Develop trusted relationships with senior marketing and creative leaders at client organizations and become their first point of contact.
- Support measurable improvements in retention, expansion, client satisfaction, and advocacy.
- Lead strategic reviews, quarterly business reviews, and workshop sessions that clearly show the value of Atria and strengthen engagement.
- Spot opportunities to broaden scope, uncover unmet needs, and help clients extract more value from the platform.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer by sharing insights with product and go-to-market teams.
AI × Creative Strategy Thought Leadership
- Keep up closely with changes in AI-powered creative tools, generative media, autonomous creative workflows, and agentic creative systems.
- Form and communicate original perspectives on where creative strategy is headed through presentations, content, social channels, events, or internal knowledge sharing.
- Test new AI tools and workflows, separating useful developments from hype and translating them into practical client value.
- Help influence Atria's product roadmap and market positioning by connecting customer needs with emerging possibilities in AI and creative.
Who You Are
- You bring 5–8+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or performance creative, ideally from a leading agency, platform, or high-growth DTC/e-commerce brand.
- You have personally developed creative strategies that delivered measurable business impact at scale, not only award-winning work.
- You understand paid social and digital advertising ecosystems deeply and know how creative, media, and data work together in practice.
- You are genuinely curious about AI and how it affects creative work, and you are already experimenting with it rather than only following the news.
- You communicate exceptionally well and can speak with a CMO, write a strong brief, lead a workshop, and simplify complex ideas clearly.
- You have strong ownership, little ego, and are comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where people wear many hats and deliver meaningful work.
- You build relationships well, gain trust quickly, and maintain it through reliable execution and thoughtful care.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by helping define both the role and the discipline rather than simply following an existing playbook.
