Responsibilities

As a Creative Strategist, you will be instrumental in transforming customer insights, product advantages, and performance data into innovative creative concepts. Your work will aim to drive significant business growth while ensuring brand consistency and strengthening brand equity. You will collaborate closely with the Performance and Brand Teams to devise creative strategies that enhance both brand perception and conversion rates.

What You'll Do

  • Performance Creative Strategy: Develop compelling ad angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks. Construct and manage a strategic roadmap for creative testing. Analyze the performance of creative assets to identify successful patterns. Partner with the Performance Marketing team to scale effective concepts.
  • Founder & Organic Content Strategy: Conceive content ideas for founders and leadership. Design repeatable content series and narrative formats. Transform customer pain points into engaging content concepts.
  • UGC & Influencer Creative Strategy: Create frameworks for briefing creators. Identify high-performing formats for user-generated content (UGC) and influencer collaborations. Support the repurposing of content across paid and organic channels.
  • Campaign Messaging: Articulate product features as clear customer benefits. Support launch campaigns with well-defined messaging strategies. Ensure creative concepts align with overarching business objectives.

Your Profile

We are looking for an analytical thinker with strong storytelling abilities and 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, growth marketing, or content strategy. A solid understanding of paid social creative performance is essential. You should be experienced in working with platforms like Meta and TikTok, and with creator-led content. The ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative concepts is crucial. You must be adept at balancing brand considerations with growth targets. Prior experience in DTC, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is considered an advantage.
