Job description

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform that helps businesses take payments, increase revenue, and unlock new opportunities for growth. Companies ranging from large global enterprises to fast-growing startups rely on Stripe, and the company’s broader goal is to expand the reach of the internet economy.

About the Team

Brand Studio builds the systems and experiences that support Stripe’s brand at scale. The team develops and maintains high-quality, adaptable brand design systems, advertising work, and related experiences with a strong focus on craft, consistency, and detail.

Role Summary

This role is centered on creative operations and creative production for the consumer brand Link, working closely with the Link Creative Director. It combines program management, project management, and hands-on creative production depending on the stage of the work. At some points, the focus will be on long-range planning and coordination; at others, it will involve close execution with the creative team to ensure every design detail is delivered well.

What You Will Do

  • Own program management for the Link brand across roadmap planning, budget tracking, project scoping, scheduling, and resourcing.
  • Build trusted working relationships with partner teams and keep communication clear across Brand Studio and cross-functional collaborators.
  • Find opportunities to scale the work and turn those opportunities into practical next steps.
  • Juggle many active projects at once, from small initiatives to large programs, across creative strategy, web, digital, social, brand systems, integrated campaigns, and email.
  • Work side by side with the Link Creative Director to expand and refine Link brand design systems and improve internal workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional design teams to support clean execution, alignment, and system consistency across all channels.
  • Keep leadership, creatives, cross-functional partners, and external agencies aligned and informed.
  • Run project management through documentation, tools, trackers, recurring meetings, team-wide updates, and Slack communication.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage external creative agencies.
  • Bridge gaps between teams, communicate changes broadly, flag risks early, and recommend clear escalation paths to Brand Studio leadership.
  • Address blockers proactively and keep the team moving forward with solutions-focused thinking.
  • Maintain high design standards when working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Help foster a strong culture of quality by sharing best practices and improving creative processes with the team.
  • Explore new AI tools and workflows for the Link brand.
  • Improve automation, efficiency, and adoption of AI across the Link team.
  • Create self-serve brand resources with the help of AI tools.

Who You Are

Successful creative producers at Stripe care deeply about strong design and have a sharp eye for detail. They are comfortable working inside complex systems, documenting processes, and evolving workflows that keep quality high as work scales.

The right candidate keeps projects moving without lowering the standard for craft. They can present options and tradeoffs clearly, make decisions with confidence, iterate quickly, and work smoothly with senior leaders, marketers, creatives, and agency partners.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in similar roles and industries.
  • A user-first mindset, with the ability to understand audience needs and shape thoughtful, effective solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking for building complex program roadmaps and cross-functional processes in a fast-moving environment.
  • Solid design judgment, industry knowledge, and familiarity with best practices for producing complex brand and event design systems and bringing assets to life during production.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation systems, and encouraging adoption across teams.
  • A strong history of creating systems that work well at scale and support growth.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to simplify complicated work.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions internally and with external agency partners.
  • Ability to balance speed with quality while maintaining a high level of craft.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain work, process, and decisions persuasively.
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills, plus strong written and verbal communication.
  • Interest in and alignment with Stripe’s mission.

Remote Work

This is a remote role for candidates located in the United States. A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of Stripe’s offices. You may still travel to an office for team or business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, but the expectation is that you will primarily work from home. Stripe does not pay relocation costs for moves to a remote location.

Pay and Benefits

The annual US base salary range for this position is $137,100 to $205,700. For sales roles, the stated range would represent total target compensation, but this role is not described as a sales role. The final range may vary by level, experience, qualifications, and location, and candidates outside the US may request the salary range for their location during the interview process.

Additional benefits may include equity, a company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and wellness stipends.
