Role overview
Fred & Farid Paris is growing its pool of freelance production partners and is seeking Creative Producers to help deliver campaigns and creative content for clients in multiple sectors. The agency is creating a reliable network of freelance production professionals who can be engaged during the year depending on project flow, client demand, and production needs.
What you will do
In this position, you will work alongside the creative teams to help shape, coordinate, and execute projects from the first concept stage through final delivery.
- Support the creative direction of each assignment in close partnership with the agency’s creative teams.
- Help build and monitor production schedules from the initial brief through post-production.
- Assist with budget tracking and make sure the work stays aligned with project goals.
- Identify and manage external collaborators, including directors, photographers, and other vendors or partners.
- Oversee operational, administrative, and logistical elements tied to production work.
- Spot possible issues early and contribute to practical solutions as the project progresses.
- Keep timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations on track.
Profile
The ideal candidate brings prior experience in a creative agency, production house, or communications setting, along with a solid grasp of audiovisual, digital, and social content production workflows. A strong visual sensibility, genuine interest in brands and content, and the ability to juggle several projects at once with structure, independence, and attention to detail are essential. You should also communicate well, work smoothly with others, and stay adaptable and responsive in a fast-moving environment. Professional-level English is an advantage.
