About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative design concepts and visuals aligned with project needs and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and cross-team members to successfully deliver creative projects.
- Produce striking graphics for digital media, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency and uphold design quality across all deliverables.
- Keep updated with the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance project effectiveness.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design tasks ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Offer design support for marketing efforts, campaigns, and promotional activities to boost audience engagement.
Skills and Certifications
- Design Thinking and User Experience (UX)
- Inclusive Design and Customer Experience (CX)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and User Interface (UI) principles
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification preferred
