Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead and innovate our brand’s visual identity across diverse platforms. This full-time hybrid role, located in Walpole, MA, offers remote flexibility with occasional travel between venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and direct the creative vision and branding across marketing channels.
- Design and implement innovative campaigns for digital, social media, web, print, and outdoor advertising.
- Create captivating and trendy content targeted for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Manage and direct photography and videography productions at all venues and events.
- Develop and supervise visual materials for websites, email marketing, social media, and promotional content.
- Work closely with venue and event teams to customize branding and storylines for each location.
- Incorporate AI-driven creative tools to optimize content creation and marketing processes.
- Maintain consistent brand standards and ensure high-quality creative output.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and business objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Proven background in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Branding, or Creative Strategy.
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful visual storytelling and successful campaign execution.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, photography, photo and video editing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, content strategy, and platform best practices.
- Experience leading creative teams and managing collaborative projects.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
- Comfort with integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
- Experience in wedding, hospitality, luxury, or event sectors is advantageous.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Arts, or related discipline.
Compensation
The position offers a salary up to $150,000 annually based on experience, along with bonuses and benefits.
