  • Take part in creative check-ins, approval cycles, and stakeholder review meetings.
  • Own the creative schedule and keep it aligned to key milestones and touchpoints.
  • Spot blockers early and adjust plans quickly to keep work moving.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across every stage of the creative process.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant art direction experience, particularly across D2C, beauty, and consumer products.
  • At least 6 years of graphic design experience, with strong proficiency in Adobe Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Experience creating 2D animation mockups and working with GenAI tools for both still and motion concept development.
  • Animation skills in 2D or 3D are an added advantage.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS is beneficial.
  • Prior exposure to video editing software is helpful.
  • Comfort using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Project management experience, including campaign testing and delivery, as well as website and landing page development projects.
  • Experience with planning and workflow tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, Basecamp, or similar systems.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
  • Active presence and understanding of social media and digital content, especially TikTok.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and the capacity to generate fresh ideas quickly.
  • Interest in technology, media, culture, and content trends, with a collaborative mindset for brainstorming.
  • Self-directed working style with the ability to operate independently and efficiently.
