Your role

In this position, you will independently develop creative graphics and visual assets for email marketing and own the related editorial plan. You will also plan, design, and publish content for Instagram and other social channels, taking ideas all the way through to live posting.

You will mainly create visuals with AI-based tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, and Artlist, then refine them in Photoshop and Illustrator so they meet brand standards. A performance-focused mindset is important, as you will review how creatives perform and improve them using metrics such as CPM, CTR, and ROAS. You will also keep your work organized in Asana and coordinate closely with the performance marketing team.

Requirements

The role requires confident use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with AI tools for image and content creation is preferred, though a strong willingness to learn is also acceptable. You should have basic knowledge of performance marketing and be able to discuss creative decisions using key metrics.

We are looking for someone who works independently, stays organized, and does not need constant supervision. A strong visual sense, an eye for aesthetics, and an understanding of what performs well on social media are also important. Very good written and spoken German is required. The position is fully remote, but applicants should live in the Stuttgart area so they can attend occasional team days and photo shoots.
