About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Content Editor with a refined sense of taste and a proactive approach. This is a hands-on position focused on editing short-form videos, product demonstrations, founder content, and launch films. You will be responsible for shaping how our AI-powered design-to-production platform is perceived as it approaches market launch. This role requires someone who not only generates original ideas but also chooses the best formats and hooks to capture audience attention and drives content at market pace rather than agency pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit various content types including reels, product demos, and launch videos personally without delegating.
- Develop creative concepts based on the product, target customer, and objectives given.
- Provide informed recommendations on content format—whether reel, carousel, YouTube, or long-form—and justify your choices.
- Craft compelling hooks for scripts, using frameworks like Authority, Polarizing, Storytelling, Curiosity, and Contrarian, ensuring audience engagement from the outset.
- Deliver content quickly to meet go-to-market speed demands.
Trial and Conversion Details
- One-month paid trial period at full salary rate, with no unpaid test assignments before or during.
- Work on active projects reaching real audiences from week one, not hypothetical tasks.
- Expect an honest evaluation at the end of the trial with feedback and a decision about permanent employment.

- Provide three pieces of external content you admire but did not create, with a one-line explanation why each is effective.
