About the Role

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Prior experience in leadership, supervision, or team coordination roles.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-resolution capabilities.
• Skilled in motivating and supporting staff within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proven ability in managing workflows, process refinement, and enhancing team output.
• Strong attention to detail with effective multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders.
• Background in logistics, operations, legal services, or related fields is advantageous.
• Familiarity with operational management systems and court support procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of Skye software, especially in relation to sheriffs and partner management, is a plus.
