Role Overview
Think Academy U.S. is hiring a full-time Course Consultant for elementary and middle school programs. In this role, you will guide parents through the learning options available, help them choose the most suitable program for their child, and provide responsive support throughout the student journey. The position calls for excellent communication, fast problem-solving, and a thoughtful, customer-focused approach.
Working Arrangement
This is a remote role with a schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The company may convert the position to a full-time exempt role depending on performance. The intended start date is as soon as possible.
Key Duties
- Take part in training to gain a solid understanding of the company’s courses, products, and customer needs.
- Respond clearly and efficiently to questions about course options, class timings, teaching approach, and registration steps.
- Reach out to prospective families through phone, email, and social media to present programs and explain the value of the offerings.
- Develop relationships with parents by learning about their children’s academic needs and recommending appropriate courses.
- Create and carry out plans to achieve weekly and monthly enrollment goals while improving conversion rates.
- Track sales results and adjust outreach and consultation methods to improve performance.
- Work closely with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure enrollment activities and program delivery stay aligned.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a background in teaching or education is preferred.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in education, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, along with confident communication skills.
- A genuine interest in education and student success, with empathy for parents’ concerns.
- Ability to respond quickly to tasks and deadlines while staying professional and solution-oriented.
- Availability for 30 to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
