About the Role

DHL International (UK) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Courier based in Worcester, England to join their team. This full-time, onsite position involves delivering and collecting shipments efficiently within the local area, ensuring excellent customer service while supporting the UK’s logistics network.

Working Hours and Location

The role operates Monday through Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM, totaling 45 hours per week, located at Unit B, Roundway House, Worcester, WR4 0SZ.

Compensation and Benefits

The courier position offers a salary of £33,345 annually, equivalent to £14.25 per hour. Employees receive 22 days of paid holiday initially, increasing each year up to a maximum of 26 days. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and punctually deliver and collect shipments across assigned routes.
  • Develop strong rapport with customers to enhance their service experience.
  • Efficiently plan and organise daily routes to adhere to delivery schedules.
  • Comply with all company safety, security, and manual handling protocols.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Identify possible sales leads and note any security issues encountered.
