Job Overview

This position involves providing polite and efficient package pick-up and delivery on designated routes. You will audit all shipments to ensure they meet FedEx Canada service standards and deliver related customer support services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Physical ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs and handle weights up to 150 lbs using proper equipment
• Preferred: At least one year of customer-focused business experience
• Must pass the mandatory pre-employment driver assessment training
• Familiarity with FedEx Canada processes and Canadian Customs regulations is considered an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and organizational capabilities
• Outstanding customer service aptitude
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in fast-paced and stressful conditions
• Flexibility to work various schedules and holidays as required

Additional Information

The role includes operating within a PC Windows environment and completing regular training and accreditation processes. Candidates must be prepared for varying shifts dependent on business needs. Those residing in Quebec must be bilingual in French and English. Driver qualification criteria include having no more than two traffic violations or accidents in the prior 24 months. Selection considers driving record checks, interview performance, and driver competency assessment results.

Compensation and Commitment
