Overview
INTAS Foundation, the CSR division of Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., is dedicated to impactful corporate social responsibility projects benefiting underserved communities throughout India. Its key programs, such as Apna Ghar, Blood for Life, Patient Assistance Programs, and other Emerging Initiatives, have positively influenced more than 6.9 million individuals in 31 States and Union Territories. The Foundation functions through committed regional and state teams that collaboratively design, implement, and expand activities to generate measurable results. Currently, the Foundation seeks empathetic and motivated professionals to provide crucial mental health support to patients and families affected by cancer and other chronic illnesses.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct both individual and group psychotherapy sessions to address psychological challenges related to medical conditions.
- Provide guidance on socio-economic issues and increase awareness of various social and health security programs.
- Maintain detailed case records and patient documentation.
- Work alongside healthcare providers, clinicians, and other service entities to assist patients in accessing healthcare and navigating their treatment processes.
- Build and sustain relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions to strengthen collaborations with service providers.
- Coordinate patient-centered services and empower patients and their caregivers with essential knowledge and skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
- Experience or familiarity with public health and reporting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in counseling techniques.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experienced in working with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
Experience and Travel
Candidate should have 0 to 1 year of relevant experience. The role involves approximately 20% travel within and outside the state.
Compensation and Benefits
