Role Overview

The Corporate Sales Manager will be a proactive, energetic, and target-focused professional responsible for achieving and surpassing sales goals. The role includes supervising the day-to-day sales activity of the team and ensuring that the Envision system is maintained according to the required standards. Working alongside the wider Sales team, this person will support the Director of Sales on demanding and high-value initiatives aimed at outstanding guest service and revenue growth.

What You Need to Bring

The ideal candidate should have strong people skills and a genuine ability to connect with guests and colleagues. Experience in international luxury hotel environments is important, along with the flexibility to adapt to different cultures and workplace settings. A strong drive to keep learning, grow professionally, and deliver strong results under pressure is essential. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic are required.
