Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B business growth and meet sales targets at Conscious Bharat Products Private Limited, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate fresh business opportunities and consistently achieve set sales goals.
- Manage and nurture important corporate client accounts effectively.
- Identify potential customers, distributors, and develop channel partner networks.
- Engage in client meetings, conduct negotiations, and successfully close sales deals.
- Liaise with production and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain up-to-date sales pipelines, keep CRM records accurate, and prepare monthly sales reports.
- Establish and sustain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the packaging industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India to meet clients and expand the network.
