Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all staff and visitors warmly, projecting a professional and courteous front of house presence.
  • Deliver outstanding reception experiences that embody the client's cultural values.
  • Efficiently manage visitor arrivals by following security registration protocols.
  • Notify hosts promptly when visitors arrive and escort guests as needed.
  • Keep visitors informed of any delays and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and inquiries swiftly and professionally according to established standards.
  • Organize meeting room bookings, including scheduling, changes, and cancellations, guaranteeing rooms are set up impeccably.
  • Coordinate hospitality needs, catering, and support for meetings, events, and client functions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in meeting rooms, reception, client suites, and communal areas to ensure a polished presentation.
  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, colleagues, and service providers to enable seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively anticipate client requirements to enhance visitor experiences.
  • Manage guest requests and queries, aiming to satisfy and exceed expectations.
  • Report housekeeping, maintenance, and facility issues promptly through appropriate channels.
  • Assist workplace administration duties such as locker allocation, access permissions, visitor logs, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collect and compile service usage and operational data for reporting.
  • Offer support for events and hospitality activities, showing adaptability to meet business demands.
  • Ensure effective communication through detailed handovers between shifts.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety, security, and company procedures.
  • Remain alert to security concerns such as unauthorized entry and ensure visitor compliance with security protocols.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary of €34,729.
