Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate financial planning including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Develop consolidated financial reports, pinpoint main business drivers, and provide leaders with trend insights and growth opportunities.
- Work with various teams to analyze budget differences, enhance financial transparency, and aid strategic decisions.
- Create executive-level reports on revenue, expenses, workforce, and other vital business indicators.
- Manage and improve financial planning tools, ensuring accurate model logic, assumptions, reporting frameworks, and process refinements.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement automation, data enhancement, and scalable solutions to improve finance processes.
- Act as the finance liaison to People and Talent teams by overseeing workforce planning, headcount reports, hiring analytics, and related finance projects.
- Support investor relations, quarterly reporting, cash flow forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives.
- Perform financial modeling and urgent analyses to provide quick, accurate answers to complicated business queries.
- Collaborate internally to translate business needs into actionable financial strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 to 8 years' experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related finance roles, preferably in public companies or fast-growing tech environments.
- Proficient in creating financial models, forecasts, budgets, and high-level executive reports.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets, extract insights, and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience with financial planning platforms like Pigment, Adaptive, or similar enterprise tools.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, data architecture, and process optimization.
- Capable of independently managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to clearly explain financial concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to maintain a strategic overview.
- A problem-solving approach with focus on continuous enhancement and operational effectiveness.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Curious and eager to utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to boost productivity and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines; MBA is advantageous.
- Additional skills in SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, M&A integration, investor relations, or three-statement modeling are beneficial.
