- Handle the full event timeline, including concept building, preparation, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate all event components such as catering, stage setup, audiovisual needs, décor, transportation, and room layouts.
- Make sure each event runs smoothly and offers a strong guest and participant experience.
- Organize event logistics including hotel room blocks, vendor drop-offs, shipping, registration, and equipment rentals.
- Support catering activity at the Global Resource Center by working with vendors, placing orders, and overseeing service delivery.
- Maintain the corporate events calendar to improve scheduling and event visibility.

- Identify, assess, and manage vendors in hospitality, travel, and event support.
- Work with cross-functional partners to align timelines, goals, and delivery requirements.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and invoice processing in line with company procedures.
- Monitor event spending to support cost control and budget discipline.
- Keep inventory updated and order event and hospitality supplies as needed.
- Create and coordinate event communications, including internal announcements, promotional items, and attendee updates.
- Help provide a high-quality experience for guests and employees through careful planning and detail management.
- Assist with campus and facility tours when needed.
- Gather feedback after events, review outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve future execution.
- Refine event processes, documentation, and best practices over time.
Requirements

- Strong organization and time management skills with close attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort managing several projects at once in a fast-moving environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
