Role Summary

We are seeking a Copywriter for a full-time, on-site position in Kozhikode. The Copywriter will be responsible for generating precise, compelling written content for a variety of marketing assets, including website pages, service descriptions, customer communications, digital platforms, and printed materials. Daily tasks encompass creating and revising press releases, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and educational material that clearly conveys visa services in an approachable and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Author and edit press releases and PR content supporting brand messaging.
• Produce diverse written material for marketing communications and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maintain brand consistency and align messaging with business objectives.
• Research visa-related topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Revise existing content to enhance clarity, impact, and readability.
• Ensure all copy is free of errors and adheres to company standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent writing ability, capable of crafting clear, concise, and engaging text for various audiences.
• Experience developing press releases and public relations content that effectively represent company messages.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and simplifying complex information.
• Knowledge of marketing principles to support brand awareness through content.
• Meticulous proofreading to maintain grammatical accuracy and consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Capacity to work onsite in Kozhikode, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Experience or familiarity with travel and visa services and fundamental digital marketing platforms is preferred.
