About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a personable and proactive Guest Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the organization. In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences by handling inquiries, offering support, and ensuring service quality remains consistently high.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, receive, and direct visitors to the appropriate person, team, or meeting room.
- Keep reception areas and shared spaces neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Answer incoming calls, route them to the correct department or stakeholder, and respond to basic queries when required.
- Support HR with employee onboarding and exit-related coordination and process handling.
- Carry out simple administrative duties such as photocopying documents and reserving meeting rooms.
- Accept incoming mail and deliveries and ensure they are passed on to the right recipients promptly and accurately.
- Organize airport pickup arrangements for designated individuals when needed.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and services, including stationery and equipment.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a closely related discipline, is required.
- Prior experience in guest services or a hospitality-focused role is expected.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities are essential.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with a careful eye for detail are needed.
- Ability to communicate in both Arabic and English is preferred.
