Role overview
Datadog’s recruiting function plays a key part in expanding the company across technical and business teams. Recruiters act as strategic partners to leadership, helping shape hiring decisions and connect the right people to the right opportunities. In this coordinator role, you’ll have a highly visible position with real influence on the company’s growth.

What you will do
- Handle the full coordination of candidate interviews, including arranging on-site and remote meetings, managing communication, organizing travel and reimbursements, and issuing offer letters.
- Maintain job requisitions and postings in the applicant tracking system, making sure all externally shared information is correct and compliant.
- Create a strong candidate experience by welcoming visitors and giving office tours when candidates come onsite.
- Help train new interviewers so interview panels can scale effectively.
- Work closely with internal and cross-functional partners to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
- Build productive relationships with recruiters, people business partners, people coordinators, and hiring managers while keeping communication timely and proactive.
- Assist with onboarding for new team members, run informative sessions, and provide continued support while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
- Depending on your capacity and contributions, you may also take on extra projects that help broaden your skills and impact.
