Role overview

What you will do

• Handle the full coordination of candidate interviews, including arranging on-site and remote meetings, managing communication, organizing travel and reimbursements, and issuing offer letters.
• Maintain job requisitions and postings in the applicant tracking system, making sure all externally shared information is correct and compliant.
• Create a strong candidate experience by welcoming visitors and giving office tours when candidates come onsite.
• Help train new interviewers so interview panels can scale effectively.
• Work closely with internal and cross-functional partners to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
• Build productive relationships with recruiters, people business partners, people coordinators, and hiring managers while keeping communication timely and proactive.
• Assist with onboarding for new team members, run informative sessions, and provide continued support while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
• Depending on your capacity and contributions, you may also take on extra projects that help broaden your skills and impact.
