Contract Specialist (Remote)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our team on a remote contract basis. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and delivering high-quality contractual templates and examples across a variety of commercial agreement types.

Scope of Work

• Create and refine templates, sample agreements, and annotated examples for Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other Licensing Agreements.
• Ensure that all contracts comply with up-to-date legal standards, reflect best industry practices, and address practical commercial scenarios.
• Submit well-structured and quality-controlled documents contributing to an AI training dataset project.
• Maintain clear and professional communication through written and verbal channels to clarify assignment requirements and deliverables promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney experienced in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Proficient understanding of common commercial agreements including MSAs, lease contracts, IP, and marketing agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on clarity and precision in contract language.
• Proven capacity to develop or adapt legal documents suitable for real-world commercial use.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Detail-oriented approach ensuring adherence to applicable laws and best practice standards.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms considered an advantage.
