Contract Specialist

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Contract Specialist on behalf of Huawei, a top-tier global technology corporation. The role involves comprehensive management of contract lifecycles—ensuring compliance, minimizing risks, and offering both commercial and administrative support throughout contract execution stages. This position is located in Changi, Singapore and offers a chance to work in a vibrant, collaborative international setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including reviewing and making decisions on contracts supporting sales business management processes.
• Analyze and organize standard sales decision-making processes in line with established procedural and authority guidelines.
• Carry out process execution and adaptations based on official procedures and work instructions, participate in internal control activities, solve routine problems, and ensure quality in process implementation.
• Provide risk alerts, assist in project initiation assessment, monitor issue resolution, and oversee standardization of project operations and risk management.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to guarantee customer-signed documents are properly returned, scanned, and archived according to corporate policies.
• Perform assorted administrative duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Degree holder in financial, business management, or related fields.
• Professional proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong risk awareness with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Detail oriented, responsible, able to function well under pressure, and self-driven.
• Good interpersonal communication skills paired with eagerness to learn.
• Fluent in Chinese—both reading and writing—to effectively engage with colleagues in China and comprehend Chinese policies.
