Role Overview
This position sits within the Global Sales Operations team and is focused on renewal management for contracts and subscriptions with partners and clients. The main objective is to protect existing revenue and expand subscription value within current customer accounts. The role is based in Madrid and requires working from the office at least three days per week.
What You Will Do
- Partner with clients to understand renewal needs, negotiate terms, and improve renewal outcomes.
- Coordinate the full renewal workflow, including quotes, order processing, paperwork, tracking, and timely closure.
- Keep regular contact with customers and partners during the renewal cycle to ensure a smooth experience and resolve concerns.
- Support customer retention by building strong relationships and spotting opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Review usage trends, satisfaction indicators, and other data to identify renewal risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details to reach agreements that work for both sides.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, contract terms, terms and conditions, and renewal activity in line with internal policy and industry requirements.
- Work alongside sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align information and remove friction from the renewal process.
- Prepare renewal forecasts and reporting on metrics such as renewal rates and customer satisfaction, then present insights to leadership.
- Explain the ongoing value of Nexthink’s products to customers by highlighting new features, improvements, and business benefits.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Strong commercial judgment, advanced negotiation ability, and a customer-first approach are essential.
- Background in a SaaS environment is expected; experience in a high-growth scale-up is an added advantage.
- Excellent organization skills and close attention to detail are important.
- Ability to work well independently and in teams, with a proactive, energetic, and resourceful approach in a fast-moving setting.
- Prior Salesforce experience is considered a plus.
