About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Graphic Designer to assist a prominent enterprise SaaS/technology company during a period of high creative demand. This position is suited for a practical designer capable of rapidly producing high-quality creative assets for web, digital, email, print, events, and presentations. The team requires an individual who is meticulous, works well with others, is well-organized, and can effectively manage numerous creative requests simultaneously.
Role Details
Industry: Enterprise SaaS / Technology
Location: Hybrid preferred in San Francisco, CA, Chicago, IL, or Indianapolis, IN (1-2 days onsite weekly)
Remote Option: Available for exceptional candidates, though hybrid is strongly favored.
Compensation: $45 per hour
Duration: Approximately 5 months
Schedule: Must align with U.S. working hours.
Interview Process: Consists of 2-3 rounds.
What You'll Do
- Develop creative assets for websites, landing pages, digital advertisements, email campaigns, social media promotions, and print materials.
- Contribute to the creative development of large-scale events, including branded collateral, signage, event graphics, and immersive experiences.
- Construct, refine, and enhance executive presentations, decks, and materials for internal stakeholders.
- Generate campaign concepts, event experiences, visual themes, and cohesive marketing creative.
- Produce e-books, email content, social media graphics, web pages, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Leverage AI tools to aid in ideation, design exploration, workflow optimization, and creative output.
- Collaborate with creative leads, project managers, internal clients, vendors, freelancers, and Art Directors.
- Manage multiple projects for various internal clients, ensuring timely delivery during a busy period.
- Present design solutions professionally, articulating the creative rationale behind the work.
- Uphold strong brand consistency while introducing innovative ideas, forward-thinking concepts, and polished execution.
