Role overview

Chipotle is looking for a Recruiter to support its Restaurant Support Centers (RSC). In this position, you will work closely with hiring managers as a trusted partner, helping translate business needs into practical hiring plans and delivering strong talent that supports the company’s culture and growth. The role combines planning and hands-on recruiting, with an emphasis on pipeline building, candidate experience, and employer brand impact.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business priorities, define role expectations, and shape effective hiring strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions, from intake discussions through offer stage, while keeping the process smooth for candidates and stakeholders.
• Build candidate pipelines proactively using a variety of sourcing channels, tools, and creative outreach methods to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Evaluate applicants through initial screening conversations, considering skills, leadership traits, and the ability to add to the culture.
• Create a positive candidate journey through timely communication, organized coordination, and an engaging recruitment process.
• Oversee interview scheduling, feedback collection, and collaboration with hiring teams to help drive clear and timely decisions.
• Analyze recruiting data to monitor progress, spot gaps, and improve hiring strategies and outcomes over time.
• Assist with talent initiatives such as internship programs and university partnerships.
• Use recruiting technology and tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency across the hiring process.

What you need

• High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment.
• Strong sourcing ability and comfort using modern recruiting platforms and tools.
• Ability to build relationships and influence partners at different levels of the organization.
• Data-oriented thinking with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Commitment to delivering a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Compensation and benefits

The estimated base pay for this role is $36 to $50 per hour. In addition to base pay, the position may be eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards depending on performance and other factors. The total rewards package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, sick leave, vacation time, and other benefits.
