Roles and Responsibilities

• Create thoroughly researched, SEO-optimized blog articles around our products and industry topics.
• Develop persuasive and clear website content such as landing pages, product descriptions, service outlines, and FAQs.
• Produce engaging social media posts tailored for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Write marketing assets like brochures, flyers, presentations, email campaigns, and case studies.
• Work collaboratively with design and marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize all contents to enhance search engine rankings.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and brand-consistent tone.
• Stay updated on industry trends to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
• Ensure all materials conform to company branding and communication protocols.
• Manage numerous content projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of verified experience in content writing or copywriting.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proven capability in writing blogs, web content, brochures, and social media materials.
• Solid understanding of SEO and keyword strategies.
• Ability to present complex topics in an engaging and accessible format.
• Strong research aptitude and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with CMS systems like WordPress is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of AI content tools such as ChatGPT and Grammarly is preferred.
• Self-driven with effective multitasking and deadline management skills.

• Exposure to SaaS, technology sectors, HR software, eSignature products, or B2B writing.
