About the role
This is a founding content position for a beta-stage product that helps people turn spoken career experiences into clear, usable written records. The product is already live on the App Store and Google Play, and the business now needs someone to shape how it is introduced to the world.
You will be the first person hired into content, so you will not be stepping into an established workflow. Instead, you will help design the content approach from the start in partnership with the founder. The role is suited to someone who is excited by building from scratch and creating the playbook rather than following one.
What you will do
- Define the target audience by identifying who the product is for, where those people spend time, and what kind of messaging makes them pay attention.
- Create and run the content system, including social content, written materials, long-form pieces, and educational content delivered in a voice that feels warm, honest, and supportive.
- Manage community conversations across channels by responding as the brand, especially where people are feeling uncertain or vulnerable about work, interviews, or how to describe themselves.
- Share weekly insight reports on what you are hearing from users and prospects, including the questions they ask, the phrases they use, and where they get stuck, so the team can refine the product and messaging.

Compensation
