The company is now seeking a Content Producer to help showcase its products, projects, customers, and wider community through engaging video and digital storytelling.
This is a practical, hands-on opportunity for a creative person who enjoys turning ideas into marketing content. The role will involve planning, filming, editing, and publishing content across social media, YouTube, email, and other digital channels, while helping shape how audiences connect with the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Create video content for YouTube, social platforms, the website, and email campaigns.
- Film demonstrations, how-to content, educational pieces, and workshop-based projects.
- Capture footage at trade events, customer gatherings, workshops, and other marketing activities.
- Edit and adapt videos for different platforms and content formats.
- Oversee content work from the initial idea stage through to final publishing.
- Organise and maintain the social media content calendar.
- Assist with product introductions, promotional activity, and supplier-led initiatives.
- Highlight customer projects, success stories, and educational stories through content.
- Track how content performs and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Prior experience producing digital and social media content.
- Confident skills in videography, photography, and video editing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or comparable production software.
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to juggle several projects at once.
- A self-starter mindset and the confidence to take ownership of content tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience working with eCommerce, retail, or consumer-focused brands.
- Background in producing content for YouTube and other social platforms.
- Basic copywriting ability.
