We seek a creative Content Producer to invigorate the Virgin brand across social media platforms, overseeing content creation from initial ideas through final edits, collaborating across departments to deliver work that is fresh, resonant, and distinctly Virgin.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop captivating social-first content from brainstorming through filming, editing, and distribution across Virgin's channels.
• Identify emerging trends, cultural occasions, and platform-specific behaviors ahead of the mainstream to inspire content ideas.
• Create compelling short-form videos and social content tailored to each platform to effectively capture audience attention.
• Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, PR, and social teams to strategize, produce, and execute outstanding campaigns.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth production flow while balancing creativity and organization.
• Utilize performance data to continuously improve content, experimenting with new formats, creators, and creative methods to distinguish Virgin.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in producing social media-first content for brands, agencies, or personal successful channels.
• Keen creative insight into trends, storytelling, and what motivates audiences to share content.
• Hands-on production expertise, including planning, filming, and editing polished social media content.
• Proficiency with creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents.
• Strong project management abilities, adept at juggling deadlines and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and curious mindset, ready to actively challenge ideas and drive projects forward.

Additional Information

• Salary range: £40,000 - £48,000 annually plus potential bonuses, reflecting experience with growth opportunities.
• Work location: Hybrid – approximately two days per week on-site in London office, remaining days remote.
• Contract duration: 6 months.
