Content & Marketing Assistant (m/w/d)

Role overview

ZWW Deutschland supports small and medium-sized businesses, agencies, and consultants by connecting them with public funding programs that are often overlooked. The team is growing and is looking for remote support from someone based outside Germany who can communicate clearly and deliver content with precision.

What you will do

• Take ownership of the content calendar, keeping planning organized, proactive, and dependable.
• Prepare webinars from the initial agenda through to the final presentation deck.
• Draft newsletters and mailing campaigns that are concise, persuasive, and to the point.
• Write and structure blog content that people actually want to read.
• Create Instagram posts and social media content tailored to the intended audience.
• Build professional PowerPoint presentations that are polished and convincing.
• Use your visual sense to judge when a design works well and when it needs improvement.
• Work closely with the founding team and turn ideas into clean, fast execution.

What you should bring

• Excellent written German with a flawless command of grammar, tone, and audience fit.
• Practical experience in content marketing, editorial work, or a comparable position.
• Comfort using PowerPoint and graphic tools, with a clear understanding of what makes slides effective.
• A structured and independent working style, plus the discipline to meet deadlines.
• A good sense of what resonates with SMEs, agencies, and consultants.
• Active use of AI tools to work faster and more intelligently.
• Preference for candidates in a European time zone, though this is not mandatory.
