Role overview
A well-known beauty brand is hiring a Content Creator Lead to shape its social presence with timely, culturally relevant creative across key platforms. This is a practical, hands-on position for someone who can own content creation from early idea development through to final delivery, while also appearing on camera as an authentic brand personality.

What you will do
You will be the main creative force behind the brand’s social content, producing platform-native material for TikTok and Instagram. Working within the brand team, you will guide visual storytelling from the first concept through to editing and delivery, covering both planned campaign content and spontaneous, real-time opportunities.
You should be comfortable both filming and appearing in content, with a strong eye for keeping output engaging, polished, and in tune with current culture.
Key responsibilities
- Own the development of original TikTok and Instagram content from idea stage through final edit
- Film strong-quality content at shoots, live events, and brand activations as they happen
- Help shape creative direction by building visual ideas that support campaign goals
- Refresh and rework existing assets so the output stays varied and compelling
- Assist with creator briefs and help maintain consistency across produced content
- Work closely with brand, social, and UGC teams to align on content priorities and timing

About you
The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience creating social-led content, ideally in beauty, along with a portfolio that shows originality, awareness of trends, and a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
You should be confident using mobile-first editing tools and have experience creating and editing fast-moving content for TikTok and Instagram. Comfort being both behind the lens and in front of it is important, as is a solid understanding of what appeals to Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
Additional information
This role is outside IR35 and is based in South West London with a hybrid working pattern.
The work balance is expected to be approximately 60% content creation, 30% ideation, and 10% posting and scheduling.
