Role Overview

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing compelling visual materials that embody the artistic and lifestyle essence of Amaya Restaurant & Lounge, enhancing guest engagement through strategic content development.

Key Duties

• Organizing and conducting photo and video shoots within the restaurant and lounge settings.
• Developing diverse content for social channels, website, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Partnering with marketing and operations departments to document pivotal moments, special events, and featured culinary creations.
• Administering the content calendar to ensure timely content delivery across multiple platforms.
• Customizing content formats appropriate to each digital channel and assessing content effectiveness to refine storytelling approaches.

Requirements

• Proficient in photography, videography, and basic editing tailored for online platforms.
• Experienced in managing social media accounts, planning content, and familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts focused on brand narrative and audience interaction.
• Adept at working onsite within a dynamic hospitality environment, capturing spontaneous moments.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities collaborating across culinary, operational, and marketing teams.
• Skilled in organizing resources effectively, adhering to content schedules and deadlines.
• Previous involvement with hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brand sectors is advantageous.
• Preferably educated or trained in media, communications, marketing, design, or comparable disciplines.
• Fluent English required; knowledge of additional Dubai-relevant languages is a plus.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Dubai, requiring close interaction with the venue team to maintain alignment with brand identity and guest experience standards.
