Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role in New York City for someone who can lead content efforts across TikTok, Instagram, and the company website. The position includes daily shooting and editing, product styling, managing the brand’s TikTok Shop presence, and tracking what content is performing best on social platforms. You will collaborate closely with a lean team on launches, drops, and campaigns, while having meaningful ownership over how the brand appears online.
The ideal person is highly immersed in fashion, comfortable being behind the camera and in the edit every day, and excited by the idea of helping shape a growing brand.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content for TikTok, Instagram, and the website.
- Shoot and edit content on a daily basis.
- Style products and produce on-brand visual assets.
- Manage and optimize the brand’s TikTok Shop activity.
- Monitor social media trends and identify what content formats are driving results.
- Work with the internal team on product launches, drops, and marketing campaigns.
- Help shape the overall digital presence and storytelling of the brand.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience creating content and telling brand stories through social posts, short-form video, and marketing copy.
- Foundational photography and video production ability, including product styling and building cohesive visual content.
- Interest in or familiarity with fashion, direct-to-consumer businesses, and minimalist premium apparel.
- Previous content creation experience for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
Compensation
Salary is offered at $55,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
