About the Role

LSH Auto UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Agent to join their Customer Experience Centre, located at their flagship dealership in Stockport. This is a part-time, office-based position requiring 24 hours of work per week, operating on a rota basis between Monday and Saturday. Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming telephone calls and online inquiries, ensuring professional representation of the brand and meeting customer expectations.
  • Achieve and maintain individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Optimize workshop capacity by executing central service booking procedures, including inbound calls and outbound prospecting.
  • Respond to all customer interactions in a friendly and prompt manner, accurately recording necessary information for customer relationship management.
  • Consistently meet and exceed online inquiry service level agreements.
  • Maximize opportunities to upsell specific products, such as Service Care plans.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Experience with service booking or reception is required.
  • A strong desire to achieve and succeed in the role.
  • Excellent sales acumen and abilities.
  • Proficiency in using a PC and relevant software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • A natural ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced call centre environment.

Additional Information
