Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to collect, structure, and assess business requirements for life sciences operations.
• Convert business objectives into clear functional specifications for technology and implementation teams.
• Contribute to the design, validation, and rollout of digital platforms and AI-based tools.
• Perform market and industry research to spot trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Support preparation of business cases, process maps, and impact analyses.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in life sciences consulting, business analysis, or a similar function.
• A B.Pharm degree, a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Agricultural Sciences, and an MBA from a premier institute.
• Sound knowledge of pharma or biotech business processes.
• Exposure to digital transformation and IT concepts such as analytics, data platforms, cloud, and AI.
• Understanding of regulatory environments such as GxP, FDA, or EMA.
• Prior experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
• Strong analytical ability, problem-solving capability, and documentation discipline.
• Confident presentation skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
