Team overview
The Payroll Operations group sits within the Finance organization at TCCC and supports payroll activities for EMEA associates across 52 countries. Working in a global, cross-functional setup, the team partners with multiple business functions and offers strong exposure to international work and professional growth.
Role summary
As Payroll Delivery Consultant, you will oversee the end-to-end pre-payroll and payroll cycle, making sure payments are processed accurately and on time. The role involves close collaboration with HR Operations, Mobility & Equity, Payroll Accounting, and strategic payroll partners to support payroll execution, improve processes, and maintain compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and send payroll inputs to payroll vendors by the agreed deadlines, then review vendor calculations to ensure employees are paid correctly and company controls and local rules are followed.
- Work with in-country payroll partners to ensure payroll data is taxed and filed correctly under local tax and social security requirements.
- Partner closely with Genpact accounting teams to provide reports and support payroll accounting tasks, including reconciliations and month-end and year-end close activities.
- Maintain strong internal controls and comply with SOX, internal policies, and external audit standards for payroll transactions.
- Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve payroll system issues, document processes, and drive technology-based efficiency improvements aligned with Finance goals.
- Handle Tier 2 payroll queries escalated from HR Operations and/or employees by providing data, context, and clear explanations.
- Support responses to questions from internal and external auditors as well as vendors regarding payroll delivery processes.
- Help track payroll delivery metrics, keep documentation current, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally in a multinational or shared-services setting.
- Solid understanding of payroll-related controls, financial processes, and compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of payroll systems and technology integration; experience with Workday and SAP is preferred, and exposure to automation or system integration projects is an advantage.
- Strong Excel capability and analytical thinking; familiarity with reporting tools or data visualization is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- High attention to detail, efficient working style, and comfort in fast-moving global environments.
- Good written and spoken English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Compensation and benefits
Pay range for Poland: 134,000 PLN to 211,000 PLN. Base salary may differ based on location, role-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A benefits package covering medical, financial, and other offerings is available depending on the position.
Annual incentive reference value percentage: 10. This reference value reflects a market-based target level of performance. Long-term incentive reference value percentage: 0 to 20.
Location and travel
Location: Poland, Warsaw. Travel requirement: 0% to 25%. Relocation is not provided.
