- Lead workshops and collaborative sessions with client stakeholders
- Assist in change management and implementation efforts to embed updated procedures
- Guide and mentor Analysts, ensuring quality and clear direction
- Participate in the development of internal capabilities, methodologies, and intellectual property
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience within management consulting, transformation projects, or client-centric roles
- Practical background in process improvement approaches, including Lean methodologies, process redesign, operating model enhancement, or service improvements
- Experience managing discreet assignments within larger programs or overseeing smaller end-to-end projects
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Delivery experience extending beyond recommendations into implementation phases
- Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with process improvement or transformation technologies such as SAP Signavio, Celonis, process and value stream mapping, and continuous improvement frameworks
- Experience with automation tools, workflow systems, low-code/no-code platforms, or AI-powered solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, change management practices, or structured delivery frameworks
- Background in sectors like transportation, retail, public sector, or higher education

- Competitive pension scheme, company performance bonuses, and travel allowances
- Private medical insurance coverage, monthly wellness stipend of £40, discounts for gym memberships, and complimentary eye examinations
- Annual entitlement of 25 vacation days plus public holidays, option to purchase five additional days, one company day off, and one day dedicated to volunteering
- Access to in-house training, monthly individual career discussions, and support for professional accreditation
- Employee support programs including assistance services, birthday gifts, and themed care packages
