Role overview

NAB is looking for a Consultant in Creative & Content to join the Small Business & Digital Marketing team in Melbourne. This is an 8-month fixed-term position focused on strengthening the team’s creative and content development capability while helping deliver high-quality marketing outputs.

What you will do

  • Support the creation of market-leading marketing content and campaign assets for assigned initiatives.
  • Contribute with enthusiasm and curiosity to creative marketing work.
  • Help ensure content and assets are delivered successfully within the squad.
  • Work with external creative partners, including third-party agencies, to coordinate outputs.
  • Keep creative and content development aligned to a consistent “one way, same way” approach across marketing.
  • Follow brand guidelines and the Marketing Approval Model.
  • Handle risk carefully by meeting policy, compliance, process, and control obligations, and escalate issues, breaches, or concerns promptly as they arise.

What you will bring

  • Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns.
  • Confidence working across several priorities at once.
  • Experience managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Background in media campaign execution within the banking or financial services sector.
