Role overview
This is an expression of interest for a Branch Customer Advisor in banking, based in Mackay. The position is designed for someone who enjoys helping people, building strong customer relationships, and contributing positively to local communities. You will be part of a customer-focused team that aims to deliver simple, consistent, and personalised service every day.
Working hours
This role follows a 5-day schedule. The branch operates from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and from 9:00 am to 5:15 pm on Thursday.
What the role involves
- Be the main point of contact for customers visiting the Mackay branch.
- Help customers find suitable banking solutions, including account openings, unsecured lending, and everyday transaction services.
- Show customers how to use digital and self-service banking tools so their banking experience is easier, faster, and more secure.
