Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking seasoned R&D and clinical research professionals with 8 to 10 years of experience to join as a Consultant or Senior Consultant in a techno-functional Business Analyst capacity. The role calls for strong hands-on expertise in Clinical Data Management and Clinical Trial Operations, with exposure to tools and platforms such as EDC, eTMF, CTMS, and SSU.
Core Responsibilities
- Convert business needs into detailed technical requirements and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver and enhance modules.
- Support the connection and coordination of EDC, eTMF, CTMS, and SSU solutions to improve end-to-end clinical trial execution.
- Oversee program planning, execution, and reporting while managing resources, deliverables, quality, stakeholder communication, client alignment, risks, mitigation plans, and budgets.
- Identify operational pain points within pharmaceutical organizations and recommend practical, innovative process improvements.
- Drive improvement programs and contribute to SOP development as well as working practice guidance documents.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and spot opportunities that can support business growth.
- Take the lead on sales pursuits with larger internal teams, including proposal creation, solution design, pricing inputs, client presentations, contract discussions, and deal closure.
- Create solutions that help life sciences organizations adopt digital capabilities more effectively.
- Take part in analyst meetings, industry speaking opportunities, and the publication of white papers in recognized industry journals.
- Contribute to practice-building activities, mentor consultants, and support consultant training and staffing.
- Use strong conflict handling, persuasion, and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Bring deep knowledge of virtual trials, clinical trial workflows, real-world data, research studies, site payment management, audits and monitoring, and clinical trial technology and data.
- Show strong delivery capability in agile environments using Scrum or other methodologies across the life sciences value chain.
- Experience working in a consulting setup for pharmaceutical, medical devices, or biopharmaceutical clients will be an advantage.
- Work with delivery tools and platforms used in clinical data management, including VeeVa, Medidata RAVE, and Oracle.
